Bio
Rob is an accredited strength and conditioning coach (ASCC) but is most known for hosting the Pacey Performance Podcast. Rob comes from a background in professional football (soccer) as both a player and coach.
He also has experience as an S&C coach at Huddersfield university but more recently has worked in the sports technology space with Catapult and Vald Performance. Currently, Rob is consulting for a number of companies in the sports tech world, using his knowledge of the industry as an athlete, coach and business development manager.
