Director of Training for Power Athlete and has been working with John Welbourn since 2012. Former collegiate lacrosse defensive midfielder and 3-year team captain for Marymount University.
Coached S&C collegiately with Georgetown University as well as interned at University of Texas at Austin's football program. Apprenticed under Raphael Ruiz studying proper implementation of science based, performance driven training systems for swimmers, fighters, and field & court sport athletes.
