Bio

Oversaw and managed day-to-day operations of the South Alabama Football Program and helped manage departmental budget Supervised a staff of assistants and GA strength coaches along with day-to-day operations for 17 Division 1 varsity sports Designed and implemented strengthening and conditioning programs for SEC football, men’s and women’s basketball, women’s volleyball, men’s and women’s golf, track and field, and women’s tennis teams Maintained team calendar and year-round recruiting events Coordinated and directed Joey Jones Football Camps during the summer for ages of 6-21 Managed and conducted football game day operations and travel Liaison to the NFL and scouts for all 32 teams Adjunct professor for a 400 level advanced sports and conditioning class Oversaw design and creation of new collegiate 44,000 square foot athletic facilities including weight, equipment, and locker rooms Organized and implemented a research study on the relationship of exercise and brain function at Baylor College of Medicine Founded and operated a sports performance company/coach’s clinic Taught Physical Education and Special Education in grades 6-12 in the Texas Public Schools Served as the NSCA State Director for Alabama Charted and ran compliance software ARMS for practice and travel logs
