Retired as Associate Athletics Director for Athletic Performance in 2016 after a thirty four year career directing the collegiate strength and conditioning programs at East Carolina University and Virginia Tech.
Inducted into the USA Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Hall of Fame in 2011.
Currently Adjunct Instructor for Baker University – Online Doctoral Program within the School of Education
