As a mobility, strength & mind-body coach, Dana Santas CSCS, E-RYT, is on a mission to help people breathe, move and feel better in their bodies and happier and healthier in their lives. Nicknamed the “Mobility Maker,” Dana’s the exclusive yoga/fitness expert for CNN Health and the yoga/mobility coach for numerous pro sports teams, including the Atlanta Braves, Toronto Blue Jays, Philadelphia Phillies, Tampa Bay Rays, and Tampa Bay Lightning, as well as dozens of individual pro and Olympic athletes around the world. Over the past twelve years, Dana’s worked with 40+ teams and hundreds of athletes in the NHL, MLB, NFL, NBA, MLS, PGA, LPGA & WTA. She’s also honored to work with Veterans and, while living in Boston, she proudly served as yoga coach for the Boston Fire Department.
