Bio

Ingrid Marcum, CSCS, is a multi-sport elite athlete who has been helping others reach their own fitness and athletic goals since 1997.

Ingrid has coached athletes from various sports – including time as a strength coach at the College of William and Mary, for the USA Field Hockey Women’s National Team and as a Battling Ropes consultant to the US Soccer Women's National Team. She currently owns and operates BGB Fitness in Chicago and teaches internationally.

Ingrid specializes in helping athletes rebuild their foundation to decrease pain and improve performance. As an athlete, Ingrid was a Division I All-Conference gymnast, a two-time Olympic Trials competitor and USA National Champion in weightlifting, as well as a World Team member and an alternate to the Olympic Team as a push athlete with USA Bobsled.
